I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item is fulfilled by us to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

How do I return my order?
1. If you would like to return the items, write to me at hello@newinkpublishing.eu. Please, include your order number # and word Return in the title of your request.
2. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
3. Ship your return (You will receive a refund for the cost of the products minus shipping costs once I receive your return).

‍Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and issued via the original payment method. A refund may be rejected if:- It is received after more than 30 days after your item was delivered- Goods are used or damaged- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
